**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. This remote role will require a proactive leader who is passionate about client satisfaction and eager to drive the success of our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery, and cultivating a deep understanding of our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

2. **Service Delivery:**
- Oversee the execution of services and products to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client expectations with service capabilities.

3. **Problem Solving:**
- Identify and resolve client issues or service deficiencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed to improve service delivery.

4. **Communication:**
- Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed about new services, potential issues, and ongoing projects.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients.

5. **Account Management:**
- Monitor client account performance and usage to identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
- Create and implement account plans to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

6. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Use project management tools effectively to keep track of tasks and timelines.

7. **Training and Development:**
- Mentor junior team members and help them in enhancing their client relationship skills.
- Share best practices and insights gathered from client interactions to enhance the overall client service strategy.

8. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Actively seek feedback from clients regarding service quality and areas of improvement.
- Work with management to refine service processes based on client input to continuously enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management or a related role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
- Resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges and changing client needs.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thinking critically and strategically.

- Comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Ability to exert autonomy and independence in managing client relationships effectively.
