Job Description:
United Laboratories is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Manage a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in client service delivery
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client service processes
- Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolution to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in client service management, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and driven with a strong work ethic
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in people management and team development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
