**Job Summary:**
As a Client Service Associate at Zennya, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients. You will act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, manage service bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise during the service delivery process. This part-time position requires an independent and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing outstanding client support while upholding Zennya's high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, addressing queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage and coordinate client appointments, ensuring that service schedules are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance their Zennya experience.
- Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, implementing problem-solving strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service processes and improve overall client experience.
- Assist in training new team members on client service best practices and company protocols.
- Prepare and present reports on client service metrics as needed to identify improvement areas.
- Stay updated with Zennya's products and services, providing clients with accurate information and advice.
- Support marketing initiatives and client engagement campaigns as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing client service and promoting a positive company culture.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably in a wellness or service-oriented industry.
- Proven ability to work independently while being dedicated to team goals and objectives.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Must possess a positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for delivering exemplary customer service.
