Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in client retention, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- MOA and MAF Processing
- Masterlist Management
- Client Communication
- CRM Front-End Support
- Renewals Monitoring
- Client Retention Strategy

Salary Offer: 16, 000.00/month (depends on experience and qualifications)
Sta. Ana Balibago Angeles City, Pampanga Office
Work Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm
