Client Relationship Manager - Commercial Lending

Job descriptions
Provide professional financial services to commercial clients including customized loans and cash management products;

Responsibility
Independently expand lending and deposit portfolio of enterprises & promote other non-credit products.
Look for new loan business, build loan structure based on understanding of industry and customers.
Actively carry out cross selling based on the development strategy of customers at different stages and maximize the share of a single product.
Effectively manage credit customer risk, and effectively play the role of the first line of defense from customer access to post loan management.
Establish personal professional accumulation and contact network in specific industries.
Promote and establish the bank brand in the local community.
Provide value-added services for enterprises through the brand and platform of the Bank.
Cooperate with other internal teams and external parties to expand the network and achieve goals.

Job qualifications
5-10 years or above of relevant banking experience, with experience in serving commercial clients preferred.
Outstanding learning ability, with curiosity and professional research spirit to emerging things and industries.
He has rich experience in business development and outstanding relationship processing and sales capabilities.
Solid credit management foundation and financial modeling skills, sharp perception in credit judgment, and the ability to make judgments in a highly volatile environment combining professional knowledge, common sense and social experience.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
Bachelor degree or above.
