### Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining meaningful relationships with our clients. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in representing our brand and ensuring client satisfaction.

### Responsibilities:
- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- **Relationship Management:** Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance their overall experience.
- **Service Delivery:** Collaborate with various internal teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure client requests and requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues and provide solutions, ensuring a seamless resolution process for clients.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences using CRM software to facilitate personalized service.
- **Feedback Loop:** Actively solicit and gather client feedback to identify areas of improvement and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports summarizing client interactions, satisfaction levels, and trends to inform management strategies.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to stay current on industry trends, products, and services.

### Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with various teams and clients.
