### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information related to products, services, and account issues.
- **Client Support:** Address and resolve client queries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify client concerns and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain thorough records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure historical consistency.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored support, and advising on product offerings.
- **Research & Development:** Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide relevant recommendations and insights to clients.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to resolve client issues and improve service delivery processes.
- **Training & Development:** Assist in the training of new client service team members, sharing best practices and insights from your experience to foster a culture of excellence.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather client feedback and insights to inform service improvements and product development, ensuring that the voice of the customer is represented in our strategies.
- **Upholding Standards:** Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
### Requirements:
**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or customer support roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
**Skills:**
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software. Familiarity with online communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. A knack for innovation and a passion for research to enhance service quality.
