Job Description:
Machine Ventures is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and possess strong persuasion and cooperation skills. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed
- Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in engaging with clients and presenting solutions
