Salary: P30,000 to P40,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST) What are we looking for? Skills Required:
At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Receptionist/Client Experience Coordinator. Previous working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures would be beneficial. Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices, ideally gained through previous frontline customer service roles. Proven ability to work a switchboard. Intermediate digital literacy ( Adobe, Microsoft, digital platforms) Nice to Have:
Experience using CRM Software Experience in Construction industry. AU Client Experience What will you do? Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional experience that leaves a positive first impression on all clients and potential clients upon contacting the company. Thoroughly evaluate client requests, requirements, questions, and inquiries to accurately comprehend their needs. Offer effective assistance to clients, addressing their queries to the best of your abilities. If direct assistance is not possible, promptly notify the client or prospect that their query will be directed to a qualified individual who can provide further assistance. Clearly and succinctly convey the client's needs to the appropriate team member in a timely manner, enabling a seamless continuation of the customer journey for the client prospect.
