Claim Assistant (Full-Time) - Mandarin Language Skills Essential

40k-50k PHP / month Base, Work-From-Home, 13 month pay, HMO.
Australian working hours - 7am to 3pm, Philippine Standard Time (PST)

An Australian based, Insurance and Risk Solution business is currently seeking a Claim Assistant to join our team in a permanent, full-time role.

What We're Looking For:
Chinese (Mandarin) and English language skills essential
Strong experience in the customer service industry
Excellent time management and work organisation skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient data input and attention to detail
Proven experience working with electronic document management systems
High levels of resilience and empathy

Key Responsibilities:
Submit and lodge incoming claims, ensuring compliance with claims processing protocols
Liaise with claimants, insurance companies, repairers, loss adjusters, and other third parties
Proactively develop and implement claims management strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
Work closely with the account manager to provide seamless support
