Learning And Od Manager

Formal Qualifications
? A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar
? 5-7 years in a Learning or OD role
? At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
? People management – team of up to 5
? Training certifications an advantage
? Business consulting/partnering

We are looking for someone who has experience in integrating AI into their projects, it would be an advantage.
