Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, or other Business-related course/sWith at least 20 years of work experience as a Chief of Staff to the Chairman / Chief Executive Officer or a President of a diverse company or Group of Companies, preferably in the Construction, Manufacturing, or other related industriesMust have been a Chief of Staff to the CEO and must have handled top marketing and sales positions or COO/ CFO positions in the pastExcellent in oral and written communications skillsVery good interpersonal and leadership skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedHighly analytical and resourcefulWith good problem solving and decision-making abilityHighly computer literate
