QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least twenty (20) years of work experience as Chief of Staff to the Chairman /Chief Executive Officer or a President of a diverse company or Group of Companies preferably in the construction, manufacturing or other related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Management or other related business courses.
- Must have been a Chief of Staff to the CEO and must have handled top marketing and sales positions or COO/ CFO positions in the past.
- Excellent in oral and written communications skills
- Very good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Highly analytical and resourceful
- With good problem solving and decision-making ability
- Highly computer literate

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
