Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy for the company, focusing on driving growth in key infrastructure projects throughout the Visayas, including a self-sustained renewable energy water facility. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee fundraising, IPOs, PPPs, and capital raising while managing a team of 10, including two AVPs. This is a hands-on role, acting as a mini-CEO, working with stakeholders, government, and partners to propel the business towards its aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy for major infrastructure projects across Visayas Manage fundraising, IPOs, and capital raising efforts Act as a key liaison with government, stakeholders, and business partners Oversee financial operations for the Davao-based bulk water project Mentor and lead a team of financial professionals, ensuring operational excellence Work closely with the CEO to align business and financial objectives Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Expertise in Infrastructure, Building and Construction industries Strong leadership and financial management skills Ability to manage high-level stakeholder relationships Familiarity with fundraising, IPOs, PPPs, and large-scale project financing An innovative player in the Infrastructure, Building and Construction industry, this organization is driving key projects across the Philippines, from transformative economic estates to renewable energy initiatives.
