Job Summary: Review, validate, and approve transactions to ensure accurate, timely records based on the approval matrix.Ensure proper recording of payables, payment journals, and adjustments, including accruals and prepayments.Review cheques before issuance and manage liquidation of advances.Prepare monthly schedules, special reports, and aging of payables.Ensure all transactions align with company policies, observing proper cut-off periods.Generate and maintain Disbursement Books and securely store company documents.Manage expenses for tax compliance and recommend tax-saving initiatives.Provide external auditors with necessary information.Oversee cash flow, fund allocation, and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding and compliance with financial covenants.Manage investments, bank relationships, and debt obligations, reviewing and approving treasury-related disbursements.Identify process improvements, assist in fund monitoring, and supervise the Accounts Payable Team.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior. Qualifications: Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA in good standing (Other professional certification is a plus)2+ years of treasury background.Exposed in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with PFRS and tax regulations.Strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset; experience in trading/distribution is a plus.
