Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other members of the executive team to drive growth and profitability.
Must have strong competence in edible oil manufacturing and oil extraction processes. Position leads the oil production plant. Headquartered in Delhi/NCR with plants in Kota, Guna, Gwalior, Morena, and Ratlam.
Key Responsibilities: Successfully led prior company through IPO listing and extensive experience in liaising with banks for fund raising.Developing and implementing financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic goals. Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Ensuring proper internal financial controls and monitoring.Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements specific to the chemical industry. Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.Identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support the organization's initiatives. Managing the application process and compliance requirements for grants and other external funding sources.Managing the organization's investment portfolio and assets to maximize returns and ensure long-term financial stability.
