Job DescriptionThe Chief Accountant is in charge of the day to day accounting operations of the company.He / She is primarily responsible for overseeing day to day accounting transactions and activities, promptly communicating to upper management and / or resolving accounting-related issues and concerns, and ensuring that all accounting-related policies and procedures of TDG and the company are appropriately implemented.He / She is in charge of timely preparation of financial statements and/ or statutory reports for the Board of Directors, Management and other regulatory bodies.Minimum QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, including 3 years in managerial post is required in this position.Must have strong background in accounting, controllership, treasury, corporate finance, and tax advisory.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills.Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
