Job Description:
Expedock is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
