Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of chat support representatives- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction- Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management- Train and onboard new chat support team members- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements:- 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers on a personal level- Innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and drive efficiency- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
