Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of client support specialists to ensure all client inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.3. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements to our products and services.4. Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure client needs are met.5. Monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of client support efforts.6. Train and onboard new client support team members.
