Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:
-The agent handles different tasks related to processing documents and keeping records for customer accounts.
-Entering, editing, recording, sorting, and summarizing data and documents.
-Answering and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information as needed.

What we are looking for:
-At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate (Not currently enrolled)
-With or without BPO/ call center experience (voice, chat, back office/ non-voice accounts) (Not currently employed)
-Previous BPO/ call center experience is a plus
-Above average or Conversant in English communication skills
-Possess a positive attitude
-Familiarity with a computer
-Good Typing Skills
-Highly motivated and prepared to work hard
-Flexible and welcome change/improvements
-Can Start ASAP
