Channel Manager
Reports To
The Channel Manager will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations and Sales
Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Works closely and professionally with ELS regional business partners
Establishes and maintains excellent customer relationship with regional clients
Fosters better business relationship with regional clients
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual
performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with
a productive partner relationship
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates regional business partners needs
on an ongoing basis
Establishes a productive, professional relationships with partnered dealers
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service,
and management resources, in order to meet regional partners performance
objectives and partners' expectations
Meets with potential regional clients for profitable sales and strategic objectives
Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while
coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
Qualifications
Graduate of any Business-related courses.
At least one (1) to five (5) years of experience in the related field
Able to communicate and handle different personalities and positions in an
institutional or corporate environment
Willing to travel and do field work on a regular basis
Has a driver's license with restrictions 1 and 2
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
