Your role Review contracts to identify and manage financial risks and embed risk mitigation measures to contractual terms. Work with clients, external providers, Legal Team and Contract Proponent to come up with contractual terms that are within the risk appetite of the company. Summarize and coordinate contractual terms with the concerned team to ensure compliance with the commercial requirements. Participate in the creation and updating of policies and procedures on risk management. Perform other related tasks. They are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance as articulated in their Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Manual on Corporate Governance, Code on Employee Discipline, and pertinent laws, rules, and regulations.
