Billing & Collection Officer

QUALIFICATIONS*Graduate as BS Degree Accounting or any related course.*With 2years experience is a preference*Knowledge and competency in billing & collection principles.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Monitoring of client and identify the overdue payments*Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity*Drafting and sending of demand letter for the delinquent clients*Maintain good relationship with the client*Update collection and billing records*Ensure the healthy cash flow*Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.*Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.*Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.*Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.*Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
