-Reading blueprints: Following blueprints and building plans to meet client needs
-Installing fixtures: Installing windows, doors, cabinets, molding, and hardware
-Maintaining: Inspecting and replacing damaged structures and fixtures
-Training: Instructing and directing laborers and other construction helpers
-Safety: Ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and workplace safety regulations
-Problem-solving: Troubleshooting construction issues with the project team
