The Capability Building (Learning & Development) Associate is responsible for the implementation and management of processes that will lead to the successful completion of an Acumen Capability Building project. As a CB (L&D) Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
Set-up, implement, and close projects based on the standard operating procedures.Create and monitor project schedules, including maintaining action logs.Lead the assigned Project Assistant to effectively support project delivery.Maintain the project calendar and project planner to ensure milestones are delivered on time.Create, edit, and maintain project-specific content such as presentation decks, templates, and reports as required by the project and client requirements. Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance overall project methodology and process as needed (White Plate Projects).Communicate & Interact with clients related to project needs.Interact effectively across the organization in order to ensure project can be delivered to achieve client expectations.Analyze and review close-out data and use the output for improvement of processes and systems. You will report directly to the CB Operations Manager and will work alongside other Project Managers, Project Assistant, project team members, and various external stakeholders.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully navigating challenges.Team player with collaborative approach, fostering effective cross-team communication.Experience in using online/virtual learning and collaboration tools such as Zoom and MS Office 365.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience in LMS is a plus.
