Accountabilities: Execute, track and measure performance of email marketing campaigns based on established best practices, company standards, internal criteria, and overall branding objectives. Create and setup campaign related material such as emails, landing pages, images, or graphics, forms, and related digital assets within the company's preferred marketing automation tool. Create integrated marketing campaigns using available Eloqua apps. Examples include BrightTalk, On24 and LinkedIn apps. Setup marketing webinars using third party platform and provide post-webinar reporting. Setup lead capture automation for marketing events using at Event's technology. Proofread, copy write and control the quality of assets inside email campaigns. Measure and analyze campaign performance with the goal of communicating accurate results and actionable insights to marketing decision makers and relevant parties. Develop and use effective reporting tools or methods to ensure effective communication of performance, insights, and recommendations for marketing decision makers. Help represent the marketing department in cross functional team meetings to present accurate, in-depth, and comprehensive information. Help develop nurture campaigns and actively engage in the creation of similar marketing techniques in coordination with Marketing decision makers. Resize images for use on web properties, emails, and landing pages Perform all tasks and functions defined in separate Job Description documents relating to this program or service. Perform all tasks, projects and activities that are mutually accepted by both RESSPI and LexisNexis Risk Solutions Business Services Marketing as critical to the program's success in Manila or are essential to the professional development of employees under this service Demonstrate adherence to company policies and procedures by consistently complying with the letter and spirit of LNRSBSM's Operating Principles described in section 3.6 of this document. Qualifications: 4-year college degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing or Business 1-2 years' experience in a Marketing environment 1-2 years' experience in email marketing using Eloqua or other email marketing tools/platforms Knowledge of and ability to code/develop emails using HTML, Java, etc. Strong oral and written communication skills Strong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to think critically about the content Ability to prioritize and deliver with high-impact results.
