Qualifications:
2+ years of managerial experience

Customer service experience preferred
- Motivated self-starter

Excellent verbal communication skills

2+ years of call center experience preferred

Skillful in formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance.

Oversees and ensures the operation runs smoothly and meets standards.
