Call Center Agents- (Experience Not Required)

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
Old Curriculum: min of completed 2nd year college or graduate of 2 years vocational course
No Experience Needed
With Excellent Communication Skills
Can work on site
