Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a high-traffic call center setting.Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Communicate clearly and patiently with clients over the phone, addressing their concerns accurately.Provide informed responses to customer questions regarding billing, explain charges, and process payments as necessary.Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information, adhering to established policies and procedures.Exhibit strong customer service skills and communicate efficiently with a diverse range of clients.
