Business Transformation

You collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes.
You will conduct assessments, develop recommendations, and facilitate organizational change.
Your analytical skills will be used; you will also do some project management, and you will work with diverse stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate must have the following: Expertise in Data Analysis toolsExpertise in Data Visualization toolsBackground in Process MappingBackground in Processing EngineeringSix Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required)Okay with being an individual contributorAt least 5 years of experience in business transformation/process improvement or excellence/continuous improvement in a consulting, RPO, BPO or Shared Services setupBachelor's Degree of any disciplineMust be willing to work in a fixed night shift scheduleMust be flexible in terms of work arrangements (On Site, Home or Hybrid)
