Business Planning & Operations Manager

POSITION: MANAGER, BUSINESS PLANNING & OPERATIONS
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
JOB SUMMARY
The Business Planning and Operations Manager acts as the arm of the Chief Executive Officer and is primarily responsible for monitoring the performance delivery and compliance of Operations Group to company standards and to all regulatory and government requirements. The jobholder also works hand in hand with the leaders under Operations Group on the mitigation and control of various risks affecting the operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or relevant field.
Preferably with Project Management Certification or equivalent exposure or experience in governing operational business projects or programs.

Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or administration of transformational program leading a cross-functional team.
