Business Development & Strategy Associate

Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer needs, and competitors.Support the development of business strategies and monitor progress toward goals.Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.Help identify new project opportunities and areas for growth.Contribute to improving logistics and distribution processes.Assist in managing online sales channels and enhancing the customer experience.Monitor compliance with regulations and identify potential risks.Support budget tracking and financial reporting for business initiatives. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management (preferred)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to build trust with clients and colleaguesTarget-oriented and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailPrioritizes company and client needs over personal interestsMaintains professionalism and continuously seeks skill development
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
