Business Development Representative

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
•Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
•Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
•Outbound Telemarketing
•Appointment Setting
•Qualifying fresh leads
•Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommendthe right solution to solve the customer's problem
•Ensuring that all leads are well managed and meeting sourcing targets

•BPO Sales experience of 1yr/yrs or more
•English is the main spoken language
•Strong to excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
•Sales experience of no less than 1 year
•Pro-active and self-motivated
•Can handle pressure in a Sales environment set up
•At least 3 years of related experience •Outbound dialing is a plus
