Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative with expertise in selling, up-selling, and cross-selling through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. With a background in sales, the candidate will bring a unique perspective to help partners/sellers maximize their sales potential and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing sellers to sell products and services.Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Up-Selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing sellers.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to sellers.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on seller needs, market trends, and competition.Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues partners/sellers may encounter during the onboarding process, escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience for partners/sellers.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of partner onboarding, using data to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications + Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales, seller support, partner onboarding, customer service, or a related role. Experience in the e-commerce industry is a must. • Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
