Business Development Officer

Duties and Responsibilities: Sourcing, negotiating, and signing partnership with the top-tier, Mid-sized and Enterprise Merchants.Proposing deal terms in accelerating close won rate while maintaining margin.In charge of sourcing, negotiating, management, and constantly building relationships with third-party partners.Collaborate with cross functional departments to meet overall targets from other departments perspective.Ensure the right products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales or business development role or working experience in partnership in B2B sales experience is a plus.Strong Network in Financial Industry, Ecommerce and Banking is a plus.Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier accounts and exceeding sales target.Strong desire to work in a start-up environment and comfortable with always being involved in evolving sales processes.Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.Great presentation and negotiation skills.Must be organized, diligent, and requires minimal supervision.
