Duties and Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Developing proposals for clients.

Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.

Manages and conducts franchisee assessment, evaluation and selection.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Increasing the value of current franchisees while

attracting new ones.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Qualifications:
Male / Female

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

Experience in sales, marketing or customer related roles.

Relevant experience in managing stakeholder relationships.

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Maintain Effectiveness when experiencing major changes in the work environment.

Adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and cultures.

Deliver Presentations suited to the needs of the audience.
