To actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing, and handing over new accounts to the account management team.
To effectively meet (and exceed) sales targets set by the EVP Operations.
To ensure that all sales opportunities are fully captured and thoroughly explored.
To build, manage, and maintain a substantial pipeline and ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and updated in the report template.
To provide timely responses and exceptional levels of service to all inquiries.
To thoroughly research and understand prospects' products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives, overall business requirements, and ROI objectives, and to advise clients accordingly on the best mix of products and services required to meet these objectives.
To create polished proposals, presentations, contracts, and other documentation in line with relevant department procedures. Ensure all written work meets top-quality standards and always adheres to Synetcom Philippines brand style guidance.
To respond to tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other Requests for Information (RFIs) promptly and organized.
To attend meetings with prospects as required.
To work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that each client's account manager is kept up-to-speed with all relevant details so that all clients receive a top-quality, professional handover from business development to account management.
Liaise with and keep other Synetcom Philippines departments informed as required.
To ensure your digital knowledge is updated and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources.
To represent Synetcom Philippines at industry events when required and to describe the company and its products and services at all times in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
To freely share knowledge, insight, best practices, and ideas.
To identify, evaluate, and share resources, tactics, and techniques.
To strive for excellence across all your work with prospects and clients.
