JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative would be: • Content Creation & Management: o Develop and manage content across various channels using AI tools like Zimmwriter, Ranking Tactics, and Chat-based AI software. o Organize and distribute content across relevant platforms including social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing. o Ensure consistency and quality in tone, branding, and messaging for each client. • Marketing Strategy Implementation: o Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each client's business objectives. o Monitor performance across all digital marketing channels and optimize campaigns to increase engagement, conversions, and overall ROI. o Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and integrate new technologies and strategies. • Business Development: o Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas for the business and clients. o Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients, nurturing these leads into opportunities. o Collaborate with stakeholders to create proposals, pitch strategies, and close business deals. • Client & Project Management: o Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work on schedule. o Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with their business goals. o Oversee content strategies and ensure client satisfaction by adjusting plans according to feedback and market shifts. • Sales Navigator (Future Development Area): o Develop an understanding of tools like Sales Navigator and assist in utilizing them to find and nurture leads, when applicable. o Support lead generation and pipeline management in collaboration with the sales team. Qualifications as a Business Development Representative: • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred. • Minimum of 2-3 years work experience and strong record in digital marketing, content creation, and business development (sales, B2B lead generation, customer service, account management, cold-calling, appointment setting, or similar) industry is strongly preferred. • Proficient in AI-based content generation tools (e.g., Zimmwriter, Ranking Tactics, Chat AI). • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and optimize campaigns. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. • Experience in managing multiple client projects simultaneously. • Excellent computer skills, including marketing software and applications • Excellent communication and written skills. • Self-motivated and target oriented • In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics. • Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight. • Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills. • Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients. • Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor. • Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
