- Must have 1-3 years of experience **managing high-performing sales development teams, lead experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Experience in B2B Cold Calling, sales, or business development
- Strong knowledge of SEO and web marketing
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Proficient in CRM and other sales-related software
- Ability to execute on both short
- and long-term initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Has SaaS Sales experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and align the team in a way that allows us to generate better relationships with our potential Clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused on improving the outreach process to attract new clients
- Find prospects and new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Understand all the prospects' needs, problems, or wants
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Build out and manage the BDR team to successfully drive pipeline growth for sales teams
- Encourage positivity and fun
- Design and implement key metrics to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics on his/her team and the wider field sales team to ensure effective execution of the sales pipeline
- Be responsible for hands-on training of the team (live training, role-playing, call monitoring, and coaching)
- Continue to develop their managers into future leaders.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Business Development
