Business Development Manager (BPO) located in Taguig. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating and closing deals, developing and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Please note this requires candidates with experience handling potential clients, both local and international, who would want to outsource their process to BPO companies in the PH.
Key Responsibilities and Expected Results:Initial:On-boarding and understanding of the company's products, services, existing campaigns, and operational framework.Touch base with sales and marketing teams to understand current strategies, challenges, and market positioning of the company.First 90 Days:Establish clear goals and targets for sales that are in line with the organization's yearly objectives.To find fresh chances for development and growth, do a thorough market analysis.Create a thorough business development plan that includes the industries, regions, and possible customers you want to target.Concentrate on creating and nurturing leads so they are ready for high-level meetings with the CEO. To enable these discussions, this entails setting up meetings, creating thorough briefs on possible clients, and working in unison with the CEO's office.Assess and improve the initial engagement and follow-up plans in light of the leads' and the CEO's comments and conversations' results.Succeeding:Make use of the knowledge and connections you've developed in the first ninety days to successfully respond to customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and bargain for advantageous conditions that support long-term company objectives.Review the sales strategy halfway through and make the required changes to guarantee that sales targets are met in light of the difficulties and successes experienced during deal closes.To keep ahead of the competition, implement cutting-edge sales and marketing strategies based on competitor data and industry trends.Screening Criteria:Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record.1-2 years of leadership experience, showcasing effective team management and mentorship.Experience in sales for BPM and Allied Tech.Qualifications:Proven experience in business development and sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Knowledge of the BPO industry and sales experience in BPM & allied tech.Ability to build and maintain relationships.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Summary of Role Requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: MorningTuesday: MorningWednesday: MorningThursday: MorningFriday: Morning2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.Expected salary: ?80,000 - ?100,000 per month.
