Business Development Manager

Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business prospects, driving revenue growth, technical recruitment, and enhancing our market presence. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to establish rapport with potential clients, close deals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment approach.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation in the HR Recruitment Industry.
• International client interaction and networking expertise
• Experience in cold calling/telemarketing
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Impressive problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Notable attention to detail
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in proposal writing and contract negotiations
• Ability to work independently and remotely
