Business Development Manager
Work Set up: Hybrid (onsite in either Angeles City, Clark, or Makati)
Work Shift: Monday to Friday (Needs to be Flexible on Shifts)
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal industries. Your proven track record in outsourced services and recruitment, coupled with your extensive industry knowledge, will be instrumental in elevating our company's success
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal industries, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales and client acquisitionsDevelop and implement strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion across multiple industry verticalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry-specific needs and challengesExecute the End-to-End sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive client journeyCollaborate with internal teams to tailor outsourcing and recruitment solutions that address industry-specific requirements and showcase our value proposition as a trusted partnerStay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments across digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal sectors, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategies and offerings.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making and resource allocation QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales and business development are advantageous
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and business development within the outsourcing and recruitment industry, with a focus on digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal sectors, demonstrating successful client acquisitions and revenue growth
In-depth understanding of outsourced digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal services, and the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients within these industries
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across diverse industry segments
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple industry verticals
Proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools, and Google Workspace suite
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and pursue business opportunities across various industry sector
