Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, and account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking,
cold calling, and industry events.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed
revenue targets.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market
