**Responsibilities**:
- Develop project concepts and conducts studies to assess business viability
- Create financial and market analysis to identify target market
- Ensures brand integrity and project commitments are protected.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Managing client accounts and executing sales objectives.
- Do site inspections to verify the work reported accomplishments and keep up to date on the project's physical status.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
**Qualifications**
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in the related field
- Must have corporate orientation (B2B experience)
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management.
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- With Marketing and Business skills strategies
- With leadership skills, data analysis, decision making, and strategies planning.
- Flexible with work hours and amenable to travel as needed
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
