Business Development Manager

**Duties**:

- Enhance business relationships with existing clients to strengthen repeat business opportunities
- Set goals and plans for business and revenue growth
- Expand client base by identifying new strategic clients and develop client engagement plans to build trust - based business relationship
- Identify opportunities to cross - sell the non - life prod product
- identify major short and long - term project opportunities and coordinate preparations needed from various business groups to come up with capture plan
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Drive the end - to - end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contract
- Training business development staff and sub - agents.
**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability in business - to - business ( B2B ) sales
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficient with MS Word and presentation software
- Outstanding people relationship skills
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Bachelor's degree holder
- To work onsite and do fieldwork
- Experienced in Non - life insurance and HMO products
- With current premium portfolio.
salary P50,000 performance based

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php50,000.00 per month
