ABOUT THE ROLE

The goal for this position is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients.
You will provide insight and feedback about products and features on the platform along with external marketing strategy implementation with whom you will develop business development strategies, maintain existing business relationships with our current partners, conduct market analysis, and, finally, drive our approach as we continue to expand our product offerings and grow our market share.
The company also has IT Business department that will work in collaboration with you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

To plan, execute business and sales strategies to meet the overall targeted revenue set by the Company.
To develop new business opportunities and maintain good business relationship with new and existing customers.
Understand prospect requirement and able to formulate solutions with assistance solution team.
Manage and maintain a good business relationship with existing and new customer and promote company's range of services.
Identify, develop and expand business share in existing and as well as new markets
Continuously monitor the market development to be in line with the sales and marketing strategies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or any equivalent degree.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
At least 5-7 years of proven work experience in sales or marketing in a financial (E-Commerce, Payments, BPO and/or Banking/Financial Services Background.
Must have strong sales and negotiation skills.
Handled large multinational merchant accounts/key accounts.
Design skill, research abilities, analytical strengths, leadership skills, negotiation skills, marketing abilities, and teamwork.
Can start immediately and amenable to work onsite in Makati City

**Salary**: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
