Additionally, you will engage in research activities and contribute to business development efforts to drive the team's success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related courses
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role within a project management office (PMO) is desirable but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Thrives under pressure.
- Maintains a strong professional work ethic.
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications.
- Experience applying AI techniques to solve problems in a similar field is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and assigning tasks to team members based on project requirements
- Help monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Utilize AI tools to enhance team workflows and project outcomes
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies
- Analyze and interpret research data to inform project decisions and strategies
- Conduct business assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and support the development of strategies to enhance team performance and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support team growth and success
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the AI Team Supervisor to devise and implement business strategies that align with team goals and market demands

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
- Fixed weekends off
