Business Compliance Officer - Ortigas - Onsite - Up to 60kWe are urgently hiring for a Business Compliance Officer for our client located in Ortigas.

JOB SUMMARY Act as an account manager and communication pivot between the client, 3rd party companies, and government licensing bodies. Track, manage, and maintain information and documentation regarding ongoing projects and workloads. Ensure internal and 3rd party compliance with company policies and processes. Build and manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, managing all incoming and outgoing information flow.Build relationships by getting to know your 3rd party accounts, understanding their structure, priorities, and concerns.Set clear timelines, guidelines, and processes with internal teams and 3rd parties.Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared, covering full agendas and clarifying next steps.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, keeping track of key details, interactions, decisions, policies, and processes.Oversee 3rd party and internal documents, discussions, and workloads ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.Assist in the preparation of integration, project issue, revenue, and any other relevant reports, coordinating with the concerned 3rd parties.Be the first point of escalation for issues with 3rd parties, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and coordinated with internal teams and management.Coordinate, schedule, attend, and fulfill the compliance sections of the on-site Post Audit Activities.Team Management: Not Applicable since the role does not have direct reports.People Development: Not Applicable since the role does not have direct reports.Training and Onboarding:Facilitate trainings sharing best-known practices in executing BCO tasks.Contribute to updating training content based on actual learnings on-the-field.Perform other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.JOB COMPETENCIES AND SPECIFICATIONS Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, comfortable communicating with executives and owners.Excellent formal written and verbal communication skills: Ability to write formal letter correspondences to private companies and government regulatory bodies.Excellent organization and time management skills: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple accounts, organize meetings with multiple internal and external parties, and write meticulous documentation while adhering to policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines.Detail-oriented: Ensures all details are accurate and complete.Must have at least average proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications and other productivity tools.QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Compliance Officer.
