Building Premises Head

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field with 1-2 years of experience as a Building Premises Head, ideally for small or medium-sized properties.

2. With a track record of managing and leading building operations, a small team of maintenance, and staff.

3. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with contractors, suppliers and upper management. Ability to provide reports on building conditions and required maintenance.

5. A high level of attention to detail, especially concerning the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the building.
